Whether the focus of your week is the activities we provide, or the educational input we can give, a week with us will provide a valuable and memorable experience.
For over 30 years we have had the pleasure of taking primary schools on exciting activities such as surfing, kayaking, climbing, mountain biking, orienteering, archery, sailing, crate tower building and initiative games.
Many of the schools that come to us also like to include an all day, or half day walk, on the many coastal paths and woodland walks in our area with varying amounts of educational input. The walks could include a Biology, Geography or History emphasis thanks to the variety of locations around us such as Exmoor.
In addition to walks we also provide rock pool studies which are a popular and fun way to learn about the shores around us.
The activities we provide for years 4 to 6 are tailored specifically to their abilities. We may choose for example to canoe rather than kayak and rock scramble rather than climb with younger children so that they have a positive experience within their abilities.
The evening routine is up to you but we can offer resources and activities to help. On the last night we offer ‘Bye from Georgeham’, a fun time of games and other input from our staff.
